"I had my first claim with this agency. Someone stole all my belongings and the claim experience has been horrible. State law requires the claim process to be completed in 30 days, and they are already over 60 days and I was told it would be an “additional” 30 days. If you are looking for an insurance company that will give you a smooth process in handling your claim, this is not the agency. Had I knew State Farm would be this difficult to deal with I would have never got insurance with them."
